Mehrab has earned his PhD in Computer Science Ph.D from Georgia Tech in 2022, advised by Dr. Thomas Ploetz and Dr. Gregory Abowd. His research lies in the intersection of human-computer interaction, ubiquitous computing, and health informatics. Mehrab’s high-level research goal is to leverage and expand the sensing capabilities of widely used technologies to assess well-being. His research has been funded by various industry partners (e.g., Intel, Siemens, and Cisco).
